New Developments: Amenities to Pamper Luxury Homebuyers

The Wall Street Journal – Developers of new luxury condominiums are adding upscale amenities to keep residents social, physically fit, culturally challenged, entertained or just blissfully relaxed.

In Florida, a main attraction for super luxury condo buyers is golf. Rob Siemens, a partner in the Siemens Group, says the group’s newest condo building, Akoya Boca West in the Boca West Country Club community, “is a full-service luxury building” surrounded by Boca West’s four golf courses designed by Pete Dye, Arnold Palmer and Jim Fazio. “All residents can enjoy sweeping views of the courses from their flow-through homes. Residents who purchase golf memberships can walk right onto the courses from Akoya or park their golf carts in the building’s garage,” he says.
