South Florida Business and Wealth – Developer Siemens Group has opened Akoya at Boca West Country Club, with 113 units ranging in price from $1 million to more than $4 million. Each residence has large, open living areas and floor-to-ceiling impact and ultraviolet-light-resistant windows offering picturesque golf course and lake views. A big draw for residents is the club’s four 18-hole championship golf courses, a 29-court tennis complex, a European-inspired spa, a fitness and aquatics center and seven restaurants. The architect was Garcia Stromberg/GS4 Studios, and design was by Interiors by Steven G.
