Akoya Boca West Breaking Ground

Siemens Group, renowned real estate developer, is proud to announce that Akoya Boca West has been named one of the “Top Worldwide Residential Real Estate Developments” by Elite Traveler Magazine, one of the leading and most respected travel and luxury real estate publications worldwide. Siemens Group is honored to make this announcement as not only is Akoya the only Boca Raton development on the exclusive list, but this honor only further reinforces the level of luxury that Siemens Group plans to bring to Boca West, one of the most award-winning country clubs in the nation.

“We’re honored that Akoya has been chosen for this distinction alongside such pioneering properties around the globe,” says Richard Siemens, president and CEO of Siemens Group. “We’re equally excited for Akoya’s upcoming groundbreaking so the public can see our vision take shape.”
Elite Traveler, known as “The Private Jet Lifestyle Magazine,” has a primary audience of elite affluent readers with a net worth of $10 million and above who travel by private jets or mega-yachts. On schedule to break ground late fall 2014 and open in early 2016, Akoya will mark the first new construction in Boca West in 20 years. Siemens Group has also announced the opening of the Akoya Kitchen and Master Bath Model, available for touring. In the designer kitchen and bath, every detail has been thoughtfully designed, from the lustrous imported European cabinetry to the stone countertops complete with Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances. Interested parties are invited to view the model at the Akoya Sales Center, located in the Boca West Sports Center. Full kitchen and bathroom models are available for viewing at the Interiors by Steven G. showroom by appointment.

In addition, Akoya recently unveiled a new perk for Akoya buyers: The branded Akoya Black Card, offering discounted services and benefits from an exclusive group of high-end luxury products and companies in the area. This program will officially launch in February 2015.
